Focused on acquiring distressed or other attractive real estate assets principally in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Golden Horseshoe region of the province of Ontario.

Typical Situations Include:

• Leveraging under-utilized real estate assets to generate long-term returns through re-purposing and re-developing to their highest and best use
• Whole ownership positions or partnership with developers or owners who require financial assistance to redevelop their existing site
• Flexible structures include equity and/or debt capital

Target Investment Size:

• Up to $50,000,000 in equity in any single project with maximum project leverage of 75% of capital structure.
